Cancellation Policy

❌ Cancellation, Exchange & Refund Policy – Valaika Design

We want you to love your purchase. If something’s not right, we’re here to help.

🔁 Cancellation

• Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placing them or before dispatch – whichever is earlier.

• Once shipped, orders cannot be cancelled.

🔄 Exchange Policy

• We offer exchange only (no returns/refunds) in case of:

  • Size issues

  • Damaged or wrong product delivered

Note: To be eligible for exchange:

• Raise a request within 48 hours of delivery.

• Item must be unused, with tags and original packaging.

• Customer needs to courier the product back at their own expense.

💰 Refund Policy

• Refunds are only provided if the product is out of stock or damaged and exchange is not possible.

• In case of prepaid orders, refund (if eligible) will be processed to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
